Arbonne recently unveiled its mobile-first website redesign with enhanced customer and consultant engagement tools and a simplified shopping experience. The company described the website as a “reimagined customer experience” and believes it will be an important part of its ability to scale from a cloud hosted business-to-business commerce platform as it grows in the future.
“This is a massive leap forward in our digital journey that elevates Arbonne into what we are calling the ‘experiential economy,’ further empowering consultants, their interactions with their teams, and customers across a more data-centric, agile ecosystem” said Tyler Whitehead, CEO. “We’ve placed significant investment and focus on key virtual business drivers to assure we are positioned well to support our growth.”
Arbonne focused on three key areas in the redesign, including creating trust through high-touch experiences, empowering consultants with tools and intelligence, and personalized shopping through data and personal recommendations.
“We are thrilled to debut our new website and these tools and truly feel this investment propels us further along our digital transformation to the next frontier of social commerce,” said Samir Khandhar, Chief Digital Experience Officer. “The events of the past 12-18 months have continued to raise the bar on consumer experience and expectations. We look forward to defining new, hyper-personalized ways for our consultants and clients to shop, engage, and connect across the world.”
A few highlights from the redesign that the company expects will enhance customer experience:
- Innovative shopping tools
- A new recommended cart option that allows consultants to build a curated assortment and then send it directly to customers
- A personal shopper feature that lets consultants shop on behalf of their clients
- An interactive guided questionnaire that builds cross-category regimens based on customer skincare needs
The new mobile-first website is part of an ecosystem that will enable new programs and digital tools, like a mobile apps suite and the newly launched Arbonne ContentKit, to give consultants creative control as they use branded Arbonne assets across their social channels.
“We can unlock tremendous value at the intersection of social commerce and content while driving greater conversion through experiential storytelling,” Khandhar said.
