BELLAME recently hosted its second annual national conference in Denver, Colorado. The event was a hybrid of an in-person gathering a virtual experience, with 75% of attendees participating from home.
Participants in attendance wore BELLAME-branded face masks and received color-coded wristbands to designate their personal levels of comfort with personal space and interaction.
Melissa Thompson, BELLAME CEO and Founder, and top leaders went live for virtual watchers, and welcome event exclusives, including backstage sneak peeks and a “CEO Get Ready with Me,” were also unique to the virtual feed experience.
Two new product lines, BELLAME Baby and BELLAME Body, were announced as well as a new compensation plan that will support these launches. The company’s first philanthropic initiative was also unveiled, with a portion of proceeds from the sale of BELLAME Baby products to benefit The Children’s Miracle Network.
The event finale included the BELLA Ball, which celebrated top sales leaders, top enrollers and provided recognition for the CEO Award of The Heart of BELLAME and President’s Award of Rising Star.
“Whether someone attended virtually or in person, my only goal was that they all felt the energy, love, and passion that was in the room,” Thompson said.
