The Beachbody Company, Inc., also known as BODi, announced what it is calling the Growth Game Plan, which includes changes to its compensation plan and rewards higher performing partners with special bonuses.
The BODi Growth Game Plan is part of the company’s extensive turnaround efforts to restore growth and generate positive cash flow and is designed to help the company’s Partners improve team productivity and customers gain early momentum toward their health goals.
The BODi Partner compensation plan has been modified to help new Partners experience early success and create a sustainable, scalable, result-driven structure. As part of this plan, the company is also rolling out GrowthDay, a subscription-based personal development app, and appointing Brendon Burchard, founder and CEO of GrowthDay, to the role of Chief Growth and Performance Advisor.
The company will now be overhauling its content development strategy to simplify and streamline its offerings into a fully integrated solution for consumers with digital fitness, nutritional products, healthy eating programs and GrowthDay for mindset.
